Good location, proximity to the subway, hospitable staff. pleasant surprise was the compliment from the hotel in the form of a glass of wine. Room is small, cozy enough, cleaned well, towels are changed daily. Quiet enough, soundproofing good. Next to the hotel is a very good pizzeria Capitello. overall impression of the hotel is good.
The tables at breakfast aren't cleaned well, the dishes aren't cleaned all the time. Breakfast is not bad: serve good coffee, delicious omelette, a lot of baking, cheese, ham, but here are fruits and vegetables wintered.

Location is excellent, staff work.
Bad soundproofing and a very narrow corridor.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station, where you can also find the tube, buses and taxis. Our room was clean and light with a modern deco and a nice en-suite bathroom. Once we checked out , we could leave our luggage in the hotel for the rest of the day.

Excellent location, very close to the station.
Breakfast is very mediocre, the bathroom is very small. The hotel doesn't draw 4*.

Professional staff. Good location just at the door of Roma Termini Train Station. Good breakfast, nice choice - bread, toast, croissantss, ham, salami, cheese, jam, cereal, fruit, juices, pasteries.
A little bit too much noise during the night, but what can you expect if you choose hotel beside train station. Door from bathroom did not close - or rather kept opening - sliding kind of door. No tee/coffee making facilities in room. But overall good value for your money.

I liked the fact that the hotel was right across Termini Station, so very convenient to get around. In addition, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful as well.
I can't say I have any complaints, just wish the breakfast was better.

As it was our first trip to Rome we had to be advised by Booked.net as to the best places to stay. This hotel was excellently located next to he termini which made traveling around the city very easy. The hotel was on the main street but once inside or on the roof top terrace you could have been any where as it was so quiet and peaceful. I have already recommended the hotel ot friends who are visiting Rome later this year. And plan to re-visit in the near future.
If I was being picky there was no bar or evening food - but you only needed to walk 20 metres and you had excellent bars & restaurants. Also I eat a many different restaurants whilst in Rome and never encountered one I would not recommend or re-visit

Fantastic except that the airconditioner did not work and the staff were not concerned in correcting it.

The hotel benefits from its prime location directly across from the train station. The room wasnice and neat, perfect for a family, and the friendly staff added a cute touch. Breakfast featured good croissants that enhanced the morning experience. On the downside, the family room felt cramped with limited space and a small shower, especially for the price paid.
